127例严重烧伤患者甲状腺功能变化研究

摘要 严重烧伤可以引起人体神经-内分泌的反应[1],本文回顾性分析我院2008年7月~2012年7月间127例严重烧伤患者入院当天、第3天、第5天、第7天、第14天、第20天甲功五项即血清游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸(FT3)、血清游离甲状腺素(FT4)、血清促甲状腺激素(TSH)、抗甲状腺球蛋白抗体(aTG)和抗甲状腺过氧化物酶抗体(aTPO)变化,旨在为临床医生了解和救治烧伤病人提供科学的理论依据。
