缺血性脑卒中患者幽门螺杆菌感染与血清同型半胱氨酸关系探讨

Study on relationship between helicobacter pylori infection and homocysteine in acute ischemic stroke

目的探讨缺血性脑卒中患者幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染与血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平变化的相关性。方法选择2012年1月~2012年9月于我院收治的缺血性脑卒中患者48例为研究对象,另选择40例健康体检者为对照组。采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)和循环酶法检测HpIgG表达情况和Hcy表达水平,分析Hp感染与血清Hcy表达变化之间的关系。结果缺血性脑卒中组患者HpIgG阳性率(76%)、Hcy(21.30±6.65μmol/L)的表达水平明显高于对照组(32.50%,12.01±5.86)(P【0.05)。Hp感染阳性缺血性脑卒中患者的血清Hcy(23.95±6.36μmol/L)表达水平均明显高于Hp感染阴性患者(15.08±5.80)(P【0.05)。结论 Hp感染与缺血性脑卒中发生有相关性,可能通过对血清Hcy表达水平的影响而促进缺血性脑卒中的发生和演进。

objective To explore the relationship between helicobacter pylori infection and homocysteine(Hcy) in acute ischemic stroke.Methods 50 patients with acute ischemic stroke were selected as stroke group and 40 health people as control group.Serum specific antibodies to Hp(Hp IgG) was measured in control group and stroke group by ELISA.The level of serum Hcy was measured in two groups by Enzymatic Cycling Method.The relationship of Hp and the expression of serum Hcy were analyzed.Results The positive rate of Hp IgG(76%) and the expression of serum Hcy(21.30±6.65μmol/L) in stroke group were higher than those in control group(32.50%,12.01±5.86)(P<0.05).Those who were Hp IgG positive had significant higher levels of Hcy(23.95±6.36μmol/L) than those who were Hp IgG negative(15.08±5.80)(P<0.05).Conclusion There is significant corelation betwen Hp infection and acute ischemic stroke.Hp infection may be involves in the pathogenesis of acute ischemic stroke by inceasing the expression of Hcy.
