摘要 免疫系统是机体的"流动脑",随血液循环不断流动,能感知不同刺激并作出反应,它与大脑之间有密切的联系,二者共同作用于有机体。体育活动能通过神经系统、内分泌系统及神经肽等多种途径,影响"流动脑"机能。 As a sensory organ, the immune system is a “mobile brain” to receive stimuli, and then triggers off the immune reaction. There is a common pathway to influence the organ for the immune system and the brain. Physical activities can affect the “mobile brain” function by ways of the nervous system, endocrine system and neuropeptide.
