摘要
实施以姿势控制为核心的康复管理策略,可帮助脑瘫儿童保持正确力线、调节姿势肌张力和选择合适运动,避免肌肉骨骼系统发生继发性障碍,也为脑瘫儿童学习活动能力提供了重要支持。在医教结合背景下,以脑瘫儿童为中心,以学习活动为导向,基于医学康复评估,跨专业的医疗团队与特殊教育教师、家庭照护者共同参与实施姿势管理策略,是脑瘫儿童学习活动顺利进行的重要保障。
Rehabilitation management strategy of taking posture control as a center may help children with cerebral palsy( CP) to hold correct alignments, adjust abnormal muscle tone, select appropriate activity output and avoid secondary disorders of musculoskeletal system, which provides a crucial support for daily learning activity in children with CP. With health and education partnership, according to medical rehabilitation assessment, taking children as a center and daily learning activity as a guide, multidisciplinary medical teams, special education teachers and family care-givers commonly participate in the posture and mortor management strategy, which serves as a guarantee for children with CP to learn efficiently.
