摘要
缺血性脑病已经成为当今世界上最主要的致死、致残的疾病。脑缺血后再灌注损伤是一个复杂的病理生理过程,其中能量代谢障碍是最早、最直接、最迅速发生的病理改变,被认为是脑损伤的始动环节,主要表现在线粒体结构和功能的改变。本文对脑缺血/再灌注损伤中神经元线粒体结构和功能的变化进行综述。
The cerebral ischemic encephalopathy induced by ischemic reperfusion injury(IRI) was one of the leading causes of death and long-time disability in human. The IRI was a complex pathophysiological process. The energy metabolism disorders were considered as the initial step of cerebral injury caused by IRI, and the mitochondrial structure and function changes were observed in the prosess mainly.This paper focused on the mitochondrial mechanism in cerebral IRI.
