锁骨钩钢板治疗NeerⅡ型锁骨远端骨折疗效体会

Treatment of type Neer Ⅱ lateral clavicular fracture with clavicular hook plate

目的观察锁骨钩钢板治疗Neer II型锁骨远端骨折的疗效。方法总结分析2008年1月至2012年08应用锁骨钩钢板治疗锁骨远端骨折23例,随访20例,随访10~25个月。结果术后根据Karlsson标准评价肩关节功能,优良9例,满意11例。结论锁骨钩钢板是治疗Neer II型锁骨远端骨折的一种良好的手术方法。

Objective Retrospective analysis of clinical outcome of type Neer Ⅱ lateral clavicular fracture treated with clavicular hook plate was performed. Method Between January 2008 and August 2012, 23 cases of lateral clavicular fracture were treated with clavicular hook plate, and 20 cases were followed up. The mean follow-up period was 10-25 months. Result According to Karlsson's standard, 9 cases had excellent results and 11 cases had good results. Conclusion Clavicular hook plate proves to be an effective surgical method to treat fracture of type Neer Ⅱ lateral clavicle.
