Dear sir-I am a liver transplant patient ... 1-16-03. Previous to the tx I had HCV, then cirrho-sis, then liver cancer (2.5cm), radiation ablationof the tumor, liver transplant, then a recurrence ofliver cancer in the tx incision (again smaller than4 cm), and removal of the tumor in the abdominalwall (incision site). The recurrence was seen 2months ago. I have had no chemotherapy, nor ra-diation therapy. Since I’ ve had a negative PET scan ... and anegative chest X-ray, I have an AFP of 614 as oftoday with ALT and AST in the 400 range.
