匹多莫德及其制剂的研究进展

Progress of pidotimod and its preparation

目的介绍一种全新合成的类二肽结构的免疫调节剂匹多莫德,并针对其免疫调节机制、药效药代动力学及其制剂的研究进展进行综述。方法通过查阅18篇国内外文献,进行归纳总结,并对匹多莫德各种口服制剂的体内药动学参数进行了比较。结果匹多莫德通过调节机体免疫可对多种免疫力低下的疾病进行辅助预防和治疗的作用;体内用药安全;口服匹多莫德的绝对生物利用度约为34%。结论为了改善其口服生物利用度,有必要研制匹多莫德的新制剂。

objectives To introduce a new synthetic peptide structure of two of the immunity regulator-pidotimod,and for its immune adjustment mechanism,pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics and the progress of preparation are summarized in this paper.Method A large number of literature are consulted and summarized,and different oral agents of pidotimod pharmacokinetic parameters in the body are compared.Result By adjusting the body’s immune,pidotimod could prevent and treat many kinds of low immunity disease;safety;many of the oral pidotimod absolute bioavailability are about 34%.Conclusion In order to improve their oral bioavailability,it is necessary to develop more new preparations of pidotimod.
