摘要
目的介绍新型眼部给药的最新进展。方法:参阅国内外12篇文献,进行分析、归纳和总结。结果近年来新型眼部给药系统有膜剂、凝胶系统、胶粒系统、微球及毫微粒系统、眼部植入剂和插入剂等。结论新型给药系统虽还有一些问题有待解决,但却是一个很有发展潜力的给药系统。
Objective:To introduce the new developments in ophthalmic drug delivery. Methods:To analyze and summarize literature data. Results:In recent years, newly developed ophthalmic drug delivery systems include films, gel system, colloidal system, microsphere/nanoparticle system, implants, ocular inserts and so on. Conclusion:Despite the problems with the newly developed systems, they have great development potential in ophthalmic drug delivery.
