目的介绍亚甲蓝作为淋巴示踪剂的研究与展望。方法根据近年来31篇相关文献,对淋巴示踪剂及其优缺点进行综述,并对开发亚甲蓝纳米制剂作为淋巴示踪剂进行了展望。结果与结论亚甲蓝纳米给药系统作为淋巴示踪剂,将为临床肿瘤的治疗开拓新的视野,注入新的活力。

Objective To introduce the progress and prospect of methylene blue as lymph tracer. Methods Based on recent references, lymph tracer and its advantages or disadvantages were reviewed. The potential of methylene blue nano-preparations as lymph tracer was discussed. Results and conclusions Used as lymph tracer, methylene blue nano drug delivery system will exploit a new view in clinical cancer therapy.
