摘要
目的阐述囊泡型磷脂凝胶的研究进展。方法查阅13篇文献并对其进行归纳、总结。结果综述囊泡型磷脂凝胶概念、形成原理、制备方法以及应用进展等,并结合具体实例阐明。结论囊泡型磷脂凝胶作为一种新型给药系统,在控制药物释放、提高抗肿瘤活性、增加药物稳定性等方面显示独特的优势。
Objective To illustrate the development of vesicular phospholipid gels.Methods Thirteen relevant literatures were analyzed and summarized.Results The definition,forming mechanism,preparation methods and pharmaceutical applications of VPG were reviewed.Conclusions As a new drug delivery system,VPG is advantageous in controlling drug release,enhancing the activity of anti-tumor drugs and improving the long term stability.
