摘要
目的制备盐酸普萘洛尔微球。方法采用乳化交联法制备盐酸普萘洛尔微球。考察聚乙烯醇溶液的质量分数及油相和水相体积比等处方、工艺因素对微球粒径及形貌的影响。通过紫外分光光度法测定载药微球的产率、载药量、包封率及释放度;通过正交试验优化处方工艺,最终得到分散性良好的微球。结果在聚乙烯醇溶液质量分数为7.5%、搅拌速度为10000r·min-1的条件下,制备的微球平均粒径为4μm。结论该法制备工艺简单、重现性好,可得到缓释性能较好的微球。
Objective To prepare propranolole hydrochloride polyvinylalcohol (PVA) microsphere.Methods The PVA microspheres were prepared by emulsion cross-linking method.Formulation and process factors such as the concentration of PVA solutions,the ratio of oil and water,etc.were studied to investigate their effects on the size and morphology of microspheres.The yield,drug-loading,encapsulation efficiency and release rate of microspheres were tested by UV spectrometry.Preparation parameters were optimized by orthogonal experiments and microspheres having good dispersion were obtained.Results Microspheres with average size of 4 μm were prepared under the conditions of 7.5% PVA and a mixing speed of 10 000 r·min-1.Conclusion This preparation method of microspheres is simple and reproducible.These microspheres show prolonged drug release.
