泮托拉唑胃漂浮型缓释片的体外释药过程研究

Research into the process of Releasing Property of pantoprazole Hydrochloride Intragastric Floating Sustained Release Tablets

目的:对湖南康普药业股份有限公司研制开发的泮托拉唑胃漂浮缓释片进行体外释放度和漂浮性能研究。方法:通过测定湖南康普药业股份有限公司研制开发的泮托拉唑胃漂浮缓释片的释放度,进行湖南康普药业股份有限公司研制开发的泮托拉唑胃漂浮缓释片释放机制及影响因素研究。结果:泮托拉唑胃漂浮缓释片体外释放曲线符合一级动力学方程和Higuchi方程。结论:湖南康普药业股份有限公司研制开发的泮托拉唑胃漂浮缓释片制剂有缓释和漂浮作用,初步达到了设计要求。

Objective:Research into the process of releading Property in pantoprazole Hydrochloride Intragastric Floating Sustained Release Tablets. Methods: releasing mechanism is researched and influent factors of pantoprazole Hydrochloride and studied by means of measuring its releasing rate. Results: The in vitro release curve of pantoprazole Hydrochloride intragastric floating sustained release tablets coincides with first order kinetics equation and Higuchi equation. Conclusion: This preparation has the characters of sustained release and floating,which meets the requirement of design.
