高职护理毕业生应对方式、社会支持与焦虑的关系

Correlation between Anxiety、Coping Style and Perceived Social Support in Vocational Nursing College Graduates

摘要 目的:探讨高职护理毕业生焦虑、应对方式及领悟社会支持的特点及相互关系。方法:采用状态焦虑量表、简易应对方式问卷、领悟社会支持量表对高职护理毕业生556人进行调查。结果:高职护理毕业生焦虑状态发生率为20.5%,焦虑平均分为(45.73±9.28)分,农村学生焦虑水平比城市学生高。高职护理毕业生状态焦虑与积极应对、消极应对、家庭支持、朋友支持、其他支持、支持总分显著相关:积极应对、家庭支持、朋友支持对高职护理毕业生状态焦虑有预测作用。结论:应对方式、社会支持和焦虑之间存在密切关系,重视毕业生应对能力的培养和给予社会支持是预防和减轻高职护理毕业生焦虑的有效途径。 Objective To examine status of anxiety,coping style,perceived social support and their relationships among vocational nursing college graduates.Methods A total of 556 vocational nursing college graduates were asked to fill in the questionnaires of state anxiety,simplified coping style questionnaire and perceived social support scale.Results The prevalance rate of anxiety was 20.5%among the graduates.The mean scores of anxiety were 45.73±9.28,There was a significant difference in the prevalence of anxiety between graduates from countryside and city.Anxiety of graduates was significantly correlated with positive coping style,negative coping style,family support ,friend support,and other support.Regression statistics suggested family support,friend support and positive coping style are the forecast factor of Anxiety.Conclusion Anxiety is closely related to coping style and perceived social support,positive coping ability and social support could play important roles in reducing anxiety among vocational nursing college graduates.
