民办高校党建工作在加强和改进大学生思想政治教育中发挥实效性作用的实践与探索

Study and practice of Party building work to strengthen and improve ideological and political education of college students in non-governmental colleges

加强和改进民办高校大学生思想政治教育工作,关键在于加强和改善民办高校党委对大学生思想政治教育工作的领导,为此,必须从民办高校的特点和规律出发,把党建与思想政治教育工作有机统一起来,通过抓民办高校党建工作来推进思想政治教育向科学化规范化发展。本文通过党建的思想建设、组织建设、制度建设、校园文化建设和维护校园稳定等五个方面对民办高校党组织如何在思想政治教育工作中发挥实效性作用进行了探析。

The key to strengthening and improving ideological and political education of college students in non-governmental colleges lies in the leadership of the Party committee in the work, for which the committee should grasp the features and follow the objective laws, and integrate it with all other aspects so as to promote the standardization in a scientific way. This paper explores how the Party organizations in non-governmental colleges play an effective role based on an analysis of its work in ideological, organizational building, stipulation and implementation of regulations, development of campus culture and keeping stability of the campus.
