全科医学临床师资建设的探索

目的:通过采取一系列的措施和办法,建设一支合格的长沙医学院省级特色专业全科医学专业临床师资队伍;方法:按照全科医学的培养方案,严把师资队伍质量关,制订并完善各项教学规章制度和奖惩措施,开展多种形式的师资培训和教学活动,建立了一支素质优良的临床师资队伍,有效地提高了临床教学意识和教学水平。结果:通过一年来的临床教学实践,结合学生理论考试和实践操作考核成绩以及学生对任课教师的评议和专家组的听课评议,临床教学初见成效。结论:按照全科医学培养方案和培养目标,通过师资选拔,制订并完善教学规章制度,驻点培养"双师型"教师,提高临床医师的教学意识和授课水平,是一条切实可行的有效途径。随着时间的推移,不断总结经验教训,必将能建设一支高水平的全科医学临床师资队伍,为国家培养更多全科医学本科人才。

Objective By taking a series of measures and method it is suggested to,build a qualified medical professional characteristics of Changsha Provincial general medicine-professional clinical teachers.Method According to the general medical training plan,strict quality of faculty, formulate and improve the teaching rules and disciplinary measures,and carry out various forms of teacher training and teaching activities,establish a good quality of clinical teachers,effectively improve the clinical teaching and teaching level.Result Crogrees has made through the combination of clinical teaching practice,practice and theory test students,students to practice of teachers group class appraisal and evaluation of clinical teaching,the interrelation.Conclusion According to the general medical training program and the training goal,through selecting,to formulate and improve teachers teaching rules and regulations,stationary point training teachers of'two-qualification',improve the teaching consciousness and clinical physician is a teaching level,the effective ways of feasible.With the passage of time,constantly sum up experience,can build a high level will be of general medicine clinical teachers,so as to more general medical undergraduate talents.
