针对目前在实际教学中重视理论知识教学而忽视基本技能的训练,学生动手机会少、临床实践不足、体格检查操作不规范,毕业生通过国家执业医师资格操作考试相对较难等问题,探讨新的教学方法并尽量在实际教学中运用,以促使学生更加重视基本技能训练,调动学生的积极性和主动性,提高诊断学教学质量。如何在实验课教学中提高学生基本技能的训练,值得探讨。

In view of the current emphasis on theoretical knowledge,practical teaching to the neglect of teaching basic skills training,fewer opportunities to students in hands-on clinical practice, lack of operation of non-standard physical examination,graduates of medical practitioners was entitled to operate through national examinations and other issues are more difficult to explore the new teaching methods and teaching in practical application as far as possible in order to facilitate students to pay more attention to basic skills training,their students enthusiasm and initiative to improve the quality of teaching diagnostics.How to Improve Students experimental teaching of basic skills training is worth exploring.
