摘要
目的:调查ICU护士的工作压力源及压力程度。方法:采用问卷调查法。结果:ICU护士的压力平均得分为2.45,给ICU护士带来较大压力的压力源分别是倒夜班、工作得不到医生尊重、面对不合作的病人、对自己所做的任何护理决策负有重要责任、护理管理者的批评、设备功能状态不良和晋升机会太少或没有等。结论:目前ICU护士的压力较大,处于中等水平。对危重病人的照顾和护理、护士晋升的机制和护理管理机制的不健全、倒夜班、设备功能状态不良以及工作得不到医生的尊重等给ICU护士带来较大的工作压力。而大部分ICU护士的工作,生活稳定,由生活事件带来的压力则较小。
Objective To investigation of source and degree of working pressure in nurses of ICU. Method the questionaire was undertaken to finish this study.Result the score of nurses ofICU averaged 2.45,working pressure originated from the day-night shift,contemptuous attitude of doctors,patients unwilling to cooperation,responsibility from decision making,criticism from managers,dysfunction of working facibilities and little chance of promotion.Conclusion nurses in ICU sustain tremendous pressure which comes from the factors mentioned above,however the pressure originated from extraworkingtime is low.
