摘要
SDRAM以其快速、方便和价格便宜等特点而常被选做为视频预处理的缓冲存储器。根据SDRAM的特性,针对MT48LC8M8A2这一型号设计一款基于FPGA的SDRAM控制器。首先,本文根据视频处理的实际应用对SDRAM控制器做了功能上的简化约定,在学习了大量的FPGA设计文献资料,仔细研究了FPGA的设计思想、设计方法以及Xilnx FPGA设计流程后,对Xilinx公司Spartan^(TM)IIE系列FPGA的内部结构作了详细的分析。本文在研究SDRAM通信规范的基础上,根据简化约定,用Verilog语言设计实现了SDRAM控制器。在研究FPGA的设计实现、综合和验证的方法的基础上,本文用Xilinx集成开发环境对设计进行了综合优化和实现,并编写测试码进行了功能测试。
SDRAM is frequently chosen by the buffer ram of video pretreatment,beacuase of its characteristics:fast,convenient and cheap.The subject of this thesis is to design an SDRAM controller based on FPGA and SDRAM characteristic aiming at MT48LC8M8A2,starting from the practical requirement. First this thesis analyses the characteristics of YHFT-DSP,makes the predigested stipulation of SDRAM controller based on practical application in the real life.Then it particularly analyses the internal structure of Spartan^(TM)IIE family of Xilinx corporation.We have studied a lot of designing in form ation literature of FPGA,and carefully researched designing antilogy,designing technique of FPGA,and designing flow of Xilinx FPGA.This thes is designed and implemented SDRAM controller by the Verilog language based on the predigested stipulation and studied the communicate criterion of SDRAM. It also optimized,synthesized and implemented designing Xilinx integrated with exploiture environment, and offered the test code tested the function of SDRAM controller.
