吉米沙星戊酯颗粒溶出度测定法探讨

摘要 目的:建立吉米沙星戊酯颗粒溶出度测定方法。方法:以盐酸溶液(9→1000)为溶出介质,转速50r·min-1,紫外分光光度法测定溶出量,检测波长263nm。结果:吉米沙星戊酯在2~20μg·mg-1浓度与其吸收度呈良好线性关系(r=09999)。20min取样,溶出度在90%以上。结论:该方法操作简便,准确可靠;可用于吉米沙星戊酯颗粒的溶出度测定。 Objective:To establish a method determine the dissolution of gemifloxacin Pivoxil Dispersible Granules.Methods:Distilled water with hydrochloric acid solution (9→1000) was used as dissolution medium,and rotational speed was 50 r·min-1.A UV method was used. The detection wavelength was at 263nm. Results:The linear ranges were between 2~20μg·mg-1 for gemifloxacin Pivoxil Dispersible (r =0 9999).The dissolution at 20min was above 90%. Conclution:The method is accurate and convenient,and can be used for detection of dissolution of the gemifloxacin Pivoxil Dispersible Granules.
