高等教育大众化过程中教育公平问题的探析

Popularization of Higher Education in the Process of the Education Equity

本文以课题《高等教育大众化过程中的教育公平问题研究》所做的问卷调查为基础,重点分析了高等教育过程公平问题,指出在这个过程中要处理好学生的"质量"和"数量"问题:首先表现在高校办学理念和办学定位问题上;其次在高校的层次和课程设置;最后应加强师资建设。

Based on the survey of the topic 'in the process of popularizing higher education equity research',this paper focus on the process of higher education fairness,which means close attention should be paid to 'quality'and 'quantity'of the studennts:First,sponsoring schools should have scientific educational notions and correct positioning;Second,schools should upgrade their administrative levels and optimize the curriculum and so on;Third,they should build up the ranks of teachers.
