中西医结合治疗慢性荨麻疹

Treatment of Chronic Urticaria with Combined Therapy of Chinere and Western Medicine

目的观察中西医结合治疗治疗慢性荨麻疹的临床疗效。方法:将50例慢性荨麻疹的患者随机分为2组,治疗组25例,对照组25例。对照组予西医常规治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上加服加味玉屏风颗粒治疗。2组均以治疗4周为1疗程,观察2组总有效率、起效时间和复发率。结果:总有效率治疗组为88%,对照组为64%,2组比较,差异有显著性意义(p<0.01)。治疗结束3月后随访,痊愈病例中的复发率治疗组是21.4%,对照组为66.7%,2组比较,差异有显著性意义(p<0.01)。平均起效时间治疗组为3天,对照组为4天,2组比较,差异无显著性意义(p>0.05)。结论:中西医治疗慢性荨麻疹治愈率高,并降低复发率,不论近、远期效果均较单纯西医疗效好。

Objective:To observe clinical effects of treatment of chronic rticaria with combined therapy of Chinese and Western medicine.Methods:50 patients suffering from chronic urticaria were diveded at random into two groups,25 cases each for the treated group and control group,conventional treatment of western medicine for the former while flavoured Yu pinfeng grains added too the above group for the latter,with four weeks as a period of treatment,for the obsevvation of total effectiveness,of the two groups,time of effect-starting and recurrence rate.Results: Obvious difference of total effectiveness is found(P<0.01) with 88% of the treated group and 64% of the contvol group.Investigations after three months of the treatment show that recurrence rate of the former is 21.4% while the latter 66.7%,the difference is also(P<0.01).Average time of effect-starting of the former is 3 days while the latter 4 day,showing no obvious significance.Conclusion:Recovery rate is high in the treatment of chronic urticaria with combined therapy of Chinese and westerm medicine,which can reduce recurrence rate in short or long time effectiveness than the therapy of pure western medicine.
