Experience of Ideological and political education of College Students

通过认真学习中共中央、国务院发出的《关于进一步加强和改进大学生思想政治教育的意见》,根据本人多年来的工作经验与体会,认为要做好大学生思想政治教育应注重做好以下几方面工作:1、加强班主任队伍建设;2、重视思政理论课与"潜课程";3、身教重于言传;4、重要依靠力量"学生干部",总之,团总支、学生会是学生自己的组织,又是学校联系学生的纽带,他们丰富的活动内容既能自我教育,又培养了自我管理的能力,是大学生思想政治教育的重要力量。通过学生干部,我们可以比较准确地了解学生实际的思想状况。同时,学生干部也是联系学校各部门的纽带,传达各项任务的桥梁,贯彻和落实各项工作的骨干。因此,我们要充分发挥学生干部在联系、团结、教育大学生方面得天独厚的优势,使其成为加强和改进大学生思想政治教育的重要力量。

Through the study of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council 'Opinions on further strengthening and improving ideological and political education', based on my years of working experience, I think that we should pay attention to the following work: firstly, we should strengthen the construction of teacher team;secondly, we should attaché great importance to the education theory and the 'hidden curriculum'; thirdly, example is better than precept. Finally, we should depend on 'student cadres'. All in all, the League and Student Union is an organization of students themselves, link between the school and the students, their rich content can both teach themselves and cultivate the ability of self management, and it's an important force in the ideological and political education. Through the student cadre, we can more accurate understanding of the students' actual state of mind. At the same time, the student cadre also links all the departments of the school; convey various tasks of bridges, the backbone of carrying out and implementing all the work., therefore, we should give full play to the student cadre in contacting, uniting, and educating college students, makes it become important force to strengthen and to improve ideological and political education of college students.
