摘要
目的:为了客观认识整体护理实施过程中现存问题,寻求解决的方法,以提高整体护理质量。方法:对1219名住院病人进行问卷调查,综合分析。结果:调查住院1219人,对整体护理质量满意度为86.7%。其中入院介绍满意度为90.1%,服务态度为83.5%,基础护理为87.1%,技术操作90.5%,健康教育及出院指导74.2%,责任护士工作满意度为95.4%。结论:整体护理是一项系统工程,必须查找现存问题,采取对策,才能进一步提高整体护理质量。
Objective:In order to realize the current question of the process of performing the Cmprehensive Care(CC).Methods:to operate an anongmous and multiproject questionair for 1219 in-ward patients and analize the effect comprehensively.Results:1219 in-ward patients are involved.Among them 86.7 percent express satifaction to the quality of the CC.And the degree of satisfaction(DCA)for the in-hospital is 90.1 percent,83.5 percent for the service attitude,87.1 percent for basic care,90.5 percent for technical operations,74.2 percent for health education and outpatient diction,95.4 percent for DOA of duty nurse from patients.Conclusion:CC a systematic projec.We have to search for current question and undertake the solution to improve the quality of CC.
