人乳头瘤病毒基因型在湘潭地区女性下生殖道感染中的分布特点 被引量:1

Distribution and Characteristics of Human Papiilomavirus Genotypes in Female Lower Genital Tract Infection in Xiangtan Region

摘要 了解人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)基因型在本地区女性下生殖道感染的分布及特点。采用快速分子导流杂交分型技术对2009年5月至2010年6月问本院妇产科就诊的2682例女性进行生殖道21种HPV分型检测。结果显示:HPV阳性率为23.8%(639\2682),21种HPV亚型均有检出,其中单一型感染率为18.3%(490\2682),混合型感染率为5.56%(149\2682);HPV高危型感染率为25.5%(683\2682),HPV低危型感染率为4.36%(117\2682)。在639例HPV DNA阳性感染者中,检出率较高的HPV高危型有HPV 52型(占16.85%),HPV 58型(占14.59%).HPV16型(占11.05%);低危型有HPV6型(占6.0%)HPV11型(占4.93%)。2682例HPV感染高峰年龄在30~40岁(占33.6%),50—60岁年龄段下降至8.6%,各年龄段HPV感染检出率差异有显著性(P【0.001)。结论 :在湘潭地区,30~40岁为HPV感染的高峰年龄,高危人群HPV感染率为23.8%,HPV感染的常见型别为HPV52,HPV58,HPV16,HPV6和HPV11。 To investigate the distribution and characteristics of human papillomavims(HPV)genotypes in female lower genital tract infection in Xiangtan region,the rapid molecular typing of diversion hybrid technology was used to detect 21 kind of HPV genotypes in 2682 female patient from May 2009 to June 2010 in our hospital.The results showed that the positive rate of HPV was 23.8%.The 21kinds of HPV genotypes were all detected out including the single—type infection rate was 18.3%.the mixed infection rate was 5.56%.The HPV high risk infection rate was 25.5%.and HPV JOW—risk type infection was4.36%.respectively.In 639 cases of positive HPV DNA cases the high—risk HPV types were HPV52type(l6.85%).HPV58 type(l4.59%).HPV16 type(11.05%)and the low—risk type were HPV6-type(6.0%.) and HPVl 1 type(4.93%).The peak of patientg age for the HPV infection was between 30 and 40years(33.65%).In the patient with 50~60 age groups the positive rate of HPV infection was dropped to8.6%.The HPV infection rate in different age range was significantly(P<0.00 l).The results indicate that the peak age for the HPV infection in Xianan regions is between 30 and 40.the high risk HPV infection rate is 23.8%.and the common type of HPV infection are HPV52,HPV58,HPV16,HPV6 and HPV11.
