祛瘀生新冲洗液鼻窦内窥镜术后应用临床研究

Clinical application of postoperative nasal douching with Stasis-Dispelling the New-Engendering Decoction among patients with chronic sinusitis treated by endoscopic sinus surgery

目的:探讨祛瘀生新冲洗液在鼻内窥镜术后鼻腔冲洗的疗效。方法:将就诊的120例2型慢性鼻窦炎鼻内窥镜手术后患者随机分为两组,治疗组63例,用祛瘀生新冲洗液,鼻腔冲洗,500ml,每日1次,连续4周;对照组57例,用0.9%生理盐水500ml鼻腔冲洗;每日1次,连续4周。结果:治疗组1期、2期、3期术腔开始上皮化时间分别为:8.93±1.90d,10.0±2.17d,10.92±1.81d;对照组1期、2期、3期术腔开始上皮化时间分别为:10.67±2.31d,12.58±3.02d,13.8±2.10d有显著性差异。术后4周及8周治疗组及对照组疗效分别为:76.2%,85.7%;57.9%,70.2%有显著性差异。术后8周治疗组及对照组术腔粘连发生率分别为:1.6%,12.3%,差异有显著性。结论:祛瘀生新冲洗液行鼻腔冲洗,能够缩短术后鼻腔清理时间及术腔粘膜上皮化时间,降低术腔粘连发生率,提高治愈率,值得推广。

Objective To study the effect and value of nasal douchewith hypertonic saline in patientswith sinusitis after endoscopicsurgery.120 caseswith chronic sinusitis and nasal polyp were divided into two groups randomly.One group 63 cases received nasal douche with drugs,and the other groups 57 cases received nasal douche with normal saline.All cases have been followed up for fourweeks.The curative effect between two groups was compared.Results From1 to 3 clinical stage in the treatment group beginning curative The time of beginning epithelization was 8.93±1.90d,10.0±2.17d,10.92±1.81d;From1 to 3 clinical stage in the contorl groups beginning curative The time of beginning epithelization time in the contorl groups was 10.67±2.31d,12.58±3.02d,13.8±2.10d.There were significant differences between two groups(p<0.05).difference of cure rate between two groups was significant that was :76.2%,85.7%;57.9%,70.2% and there were significant differences between two groups .After 8 weeks the conglutination rate was : 1.6%,12.3% and there were significant differences between two groups(p<0.05).Conclusion Nasal douche with has important clinical significances to improve the healing rate of sinustis and ventilation function and decrease conglutination rate.
