针刀刺营微创疗法治疗慢性扁桃体炎60例临床分析

60 cases of clinical analysis in chronic tonsillitis treated by the method of tiny incised wound and phlebotomy with needle and bistoury

目的:观察针刀刺营微创疗法治疗慢性扁桃体炎的临床疗效,探讨其作用机理,寻找一种简便、易行、安全、效佳的新中医治疗技术。方法:120例病人分为中医治疗组(试验组)和西医治疗组(对照组),试验组和对照组各60例,试验组采用针刀刺营微创疗法治疗,对照组采用甲硝唑片和利君沙(琥乙红霉素片)口服治疗。结果:试验组总有效56例(93.3%),临床痊愈21例(35.0%),显效23例(38.3%),有效12例(20.0%),无效4例(6.7%);与对照组相比,有显著性差异(p﹤0.05)。结论:针刀刺营微创疗法具有泄热毒、通经络、畅气血、散肿结、开咽喉之功效,是一种效佳、简便、易行、安全、价廉的治疗技术,值得在临床上推广。

Objective: To investigate the clinical therapeutic effect of the chronic tonsillitis treated by the method of tiny incised wound and phlebotomy with needle and bistoury and explore its mechanism to search a traditionary chinese medcine technique of simple and convenient ,easy operation,safe and fine curative effect. Method: 120 patients of chronic tonsillitis were randomly divided into Traditional Chinese Medicine group (curative group) and Western Medicine group (control group) with the proportion of 1:1. Curative group were treated by the method of tiny incised wound and phlebotomy with needle and bistoury,The control group patients were treated by Metronidazole Tablets and Erythromycin Ethylsuccinate Tablets. Results: The total therapeutic rate was 56 cases (93.3% ),the curative rate was 21cases (35.0% ),the prominent rate was 23 cases(38.3%),the effective rate was 12 cases(20.0%), inefficacy was 4 cases(6.7%). compared with The control group ,there were signifi- cant statistics analysis differences(p﹤0.05). Conclusion: The method of tiny incised wound and phlebotomy with needle and bistoury has the function of release pyrotoxin, dredge Jīngluò, expedite Qi and Blood, disperse nodus,open throat. The technique of the tiny incised wound and phlebotomy with needle and bistoury has the function of simple and convenient ,easy operation,safe and fine curative effect , The method is worth of spreading.
