摘要
目的:观察力克敏鼻喷剂治疗过敏性鼻炎豚鼠行为学及细胞因子变化。方法:用10%TDI橄榄油溶液致敏豚鼠制成过敏性鼻炎动物模型,按照人和豚鼠每Kg体重占有体重表面积的相对比值计算鼻腔给药,用ELISA法测定血清中细胞因子IL-4含量;观察豚鼠行为学变化。结果:力克敏鼻喷剂对过敏性鼻炎的喷嚏、鼻痒、流清涕具有明显的治疗作用,对过敏性鼻炎豚鼠血清IL-4亦有明显的降低作用,尤其是力克敏鼻喷剂低剂量组,效果明显好于毕诺组及其它组。
Objectiv To study the influence of Likemin (rhinitisremedy) on behaves in allergic rhinitis mode and the morphologic changes under light microscope. Methods Establish allergic rhinitis model of cavy by TDI. Measure the serum concentration of IL-4,by ELISA,and observe the changes of behaves.Conclusion After using Likemin spray ,the accumulative scores of the local nasal symptoms significantly decreased(P<0.001), which had a direct relationship with the decreasing histamine contents of nasal mucosaand blood. ,serumIL-4 in the rapy group are lower than that in model group that markedly(P<0.01).
