On the Enterprise Group

企业集团是资本主义进入帝国主义阶段时所产生的经济现象。作者认为,在资本主义国家中,企业集团是垄断企业间的一种垄断经营方式。在我国,宏观一点讲,企业集团是介于国民经济和单个企业之间的一种新型经济系统:微观地说,企业集团则是独立的企业之间一种集中经营方式。本文还阐述了目前我国企业集团内部的三种主要经营方式及其发展趋势。

Enterprise group is an economic phenomenon that emerges while capitalism enters into the stage of imperialism. This paptr holds that enterprise group is a mode of monopoly management among the monopoly enterprises in the capitalist countries. In our country, from the macroscope view enterprise group is a kind of new economic system between national economy and individual enterprises. From the microcosmic point of view, enterprise group is a style of management in a gcoup of econ—related independent cnterprises. Three main types of enterprise groud in our counlry and their developing tendency au discussed.
