浅谈管理工程本科教育的培养目标知识结构和能力要求

On the Training Aim, Knowledge Structure and Ability Requirements in the Undergraduate Education of Management Engineering Science

本文阐述和分析了管理工程本科教育的培养目标,学生应有的知识结构和能力要求,澄清了社会上对管理工程教育的某些误解,并就某些争议问题提出了自己的见解。笔者认为,管理工程专业本科生的培养目标是从事一般的管理工作,并非立即就当厂长(经理),学生应掌握工程技术和经济管理知识,应具备自学能力和一定的分析、解决实际问题的能力。

In this paper the training aim, knowledge structure and ability requirements the undergard uates should have in the undergraduate education of management engineering are set forth and analyzed; some social misunderstandings over the education of management engineering science arc clarified and the author's viewpoints over some argued problems are put forward. The author thinks that the training aim of undergraduates in the speciality of management s(?)ience is to make the students have the abilities to do general management work instead of making them become directors or managers immediately when they graduate from universities, that the undergraduates should master the knowledge of both engineering technology and economic management and have the abilities to teach themselves, to analyze and settle practical problems.
