摘要
测定了4个科10种植物乙醇提取物对4龄菜粉蝶与小菜蛾幼虫的拒食活性。结果表明,这些提取物对菜粉蝶与小菜蛾幼虫都有不同程度的拒食作用。其中马桑(CoriariajaponicaA.Grayssp.)、小飞蓬(ComnyzacanadensisL.Cronq.)、苍耳(XanthiumsibiricumPatrin.)、板栗(CastaneamollissimaL.)的提取物对菜粉蝶(PierisrapaeL.)幼虫的拒食效果好,取食24h与48h后拒食率均达到80%以上;以小菜蛾(PlutellaxylostellaL.)为试虫,仅黄花蒿(ArtemisiaannuaL.)的提取物对其具有较强的拒食活性,取食24h和48h拒食率分别为95.55%和91.84%。
: The antifeeding activities of alcohol extracts of 10 plants which belonged to 4 families against 4th instar larvae of Pieris rapae and Plutella xylostell were measured. The results showed that the alcohol extracts of Coriaria japonica, Comnyza canadensis,Xanthium sibiricum and Castanea mollissima had higher antifeeding activities against 4th instar larvae of Pieris rapae.The antifeeding effects were all more than 80% after 24 hours and 48 hours.The alcohol extracts of Artemisia anmua had the highest antifeeding activitiy against 4th instar of Plutella xylostella.The antifeeding effect were 95.55% after 24 hours and 91.83% after 48 hours.
