婴鼠丫迷津吸乳辨别学习行为的发展与脑生长和旋转行为关系的实验研究 被引量:3

摘要 0—20日龄Wistar婴鼠脑重增长速度曲线表示出“脑生长突发期”,并观察到曲线的高峰在10日龄附近。所完成的12—20日龄婴鼠Y迷津吸乳辨别学习行为发展的实验观察到,婴鼠学习行为水平的明显提高发生在16日龄(“脑生长突发期”的后期)。该结果表明婴鼠Y迷津学习行为的发展与脑生长之间存在密切关系。本实验证明,能被苯异丙胺(i.p.5mg/kg)诱发的旋转型婴鼠Y迷津学习行为表现优于不能被苯异丙胺诱发的非旋转型婴鼠,并发现与食物奖偿方向(R臂)相一致的R旋转型婴鼠学习行为表现最佳,此现象随婴鼠日龄的增长而明显。这暗示婴鼠左右方位辨别学习行为与大脑两半球机能不对称性有密切关系。 The brain growth spurt was expressed as velocity curve of the incre-ase of brain weight in 0-20 day-old Wistar pups, the curve peak wasaround the 10 day-old stage. The experiment on development of appetitivediscrimination learning of Y maze in 12-20 day-old pups was carried outand a large enhancement of learning le level in the 16 day-old pups (afterdays of 'brain growth spurt') was observed. The result indicates thatthe appetitive discrimination learning of Y maze is closely related tothe brain growth in preweanling rats. The experiment showed that the level of learning behavior of Ymaze for the pups of rotational type which could be induced by Amphe-tamine was better than that for the pups of non-rotational type whichcould not be induced by Amphetamine. Moreover, the best level of learningbehavior was for the pups of the right rotational type in keeping withthe direction of food reward (right arm) and the appearance was gettinggradually more obvious with the days. It suggests that the learning ofleft-right discrimination has close relation to the function asymmetryof the two hemispheres in preweanling rats.
