The Evaluation of Investment Structure of S&T Information System in China

本文对我国科技情报系统投资结构进行了评价,认为对科技情报活动经费投入结构进行有效而科学的宏观调控,并藉此把握国家科技情报系统基础结构及其投资结构变动的相互作用效益,是科技情报管理部门迫在眉睫的任务。

This paper evaluates the investment structure of S&T information system of our country, the author considern that,the urgent task of S&T informatios management deparment is to make scientific and effective macro coordination and control to the input structure of the cost of S & T information activities and to grasp the interactive benefit of infrastructure of the national S&T information system and the change of investment tructure.
