中国学术会议文献数据库主题标引的实践

The Practice of Subject Indexing for Bibliographical Data Base of Acayemic Proceedings in China

本文介绍了中国学术会议文献数据库的特点和主题标引的基本原则。该库是一种按文献类型收集的包含各学科专业的综合性文献数据库。该库在建成之后,不仅提供计算机检索服务,还可提供计算机编排《中国学术会议文献通报》及主题索引。文中认为会议文献除按照《汉语主题词表标引手册》一书中规定的标引规则进行标引外,还需根据会议文献的不同类型,采用不同的模式标引。并例举了论述某项生产发展问题的综述性论文,论述具体工艺和技术的专题性论文,以及文摘集等各种类型的标引实例,同时进行了分析比较。最后对做好标引工作提出了建议。

The paper introduces the features of the bibliographical bata-base of the academic proceedings in China and the basic rules of subject indexing.This is a comprehensive bibliographical database, the data are collected accordcng to the types of documents and contain various disciplines. It provides not only the computerized information retrieval, but also 'The Announcement of academic proceedings in China' and its subject index compiled by computer after the establishment of the data-base. In the paper, the author considers that the conference proceedings Should be indexed according to the different types of proceedings and model, as well as 'The Indexing Manual of the Chinese Theseaurus'. The author lists some indexing examples, fer instance the review article which discusses an issue of productive development, the monograph which described the concrete technology, and the abstract journal, at the same time makes analysis and comparison. In the end, gives some suggestions to mprove the indexing practice
