摘要 作者朱潮认为,我国医学教育发展规模和速度不能适应新时期的需求;我国医学教学的模式不能适应向生物、心理、社会医学的转变;我国医学教育的内容和方法不能适应新的世界技术革命的要求。因此,应采取如下主要对策:1.各地在编制卫生事业规划的同时,要进行人才预测,搞好人才培养规划;2.老、少、边、穷地区采取特殊政策;3.高等医学院校采取伸腿办学办法;4.发展中医教育;5.办好职工教育。 The author Zhu Chao considers that our country's medical education can not suit, in its development scale and speed, the needs of the new period; not suit, in its model, the transition to biological, psychologic and social medicine; not suit, in its contents and methods, the demands of the new world-wide technological revolution..Therefore, the following principal measures should be taken.(1)Local authorities should do well in the demand forecasting and training plan of human resources while formuiating their scheme of health service. (2)Outlying, poor and backward areas should adopt special polices.(3) Certain training courses can be run with the help of medical colleges and universities.(4)Develop the education of traditional Chinese medicine. (5) Make a good job of in-service training.
