Discussion on Agricultural Development Strategy at County Level

县是我国的一个行政区域,是较基层的一级政权组织和社会经济组织,它既是宏观经济与微观经济的结合部,也是工业与农业、城市与农村的结合部,起着承上启下、沟通城乡的作用。在我国10亿8千万人口中,有8亿多人住在农村,因而要全面地发展农业,就它和整个国民经济的关系深入分析,从发展战略的高度作出明确的回答。

Taking the agricultural development of Henan counties as an example, the paper discusses the concept. Classification, Characteristics, Study contents of the developments. The basic characteristics of agricultural economy at county level are further discussed and the general design of agricultural development strategy is proposed.
