摘要
乳房切除术后体形映损会导致女性严重心理障碍。本文对30例乳房切除后妇女心理状态作了调查。27例都有不同心理障碍,19例认为失去女性特征,生活缺乏信心,社会退缩,甚至厌恶性生活,常与丈夫争吵,直至离婚,5例经过乳房重建术后,效果满意,生活信心恢复。提示整形外科中应重视心理方面研究。
Thirty post-mastectomy women wereinterviewed for their psychosocial seque-lase.Various disturbances were reportedby 27 of them.19 regarded themselveswithout female figure because of breastloss,withdrawing from social activity ndaffecting their marital relationship.5 ofthem were interviewed again after suces-sful astoplasty. With a rise of self con-fidence,they urged to rebuilt their familyand social life.Our indings support theimportance of psychological research inthe plastic surgery.
