兰州地区4868名大学生神经衰弱调查报告

A study on the prevalence neurosis in 4868 college students in Lanzhou

神经衰弱是一种常见的神经症。1985年春,在原教育部等单位主持的“中国学生体质、健康调查研究”工作开展的同时,我们对兰州地区大专院校学生中的神经衰弱患病情况作了调查,现报告如下。

With a self-designed questionnaire for neurosis based ona national general health investigation of college students in 1985,4868 studentsfrom 4 universities and colleges.in Lanzhou were interviewed for neurosis identi-fication.Final diagnosis,for neurosis made by a senior physician,according tothe diagnostic criteria for neurosis developed by the Ministry of Public Health,uncovered a prevalence rate of neurosis of 8.4%,much higher than that of 1.4%for general population.The paper discussed in detial the various rate by sex,age,nationality,grades,urban-rural and clinical features.Based on the socio-psychologicl factors found to be related to neurosis in college students theauthor drew out some suggestions to minimize it's prevalence.
