摘要
如何将教学理论运用到教学实践是个关键问题,反思能力是实现这一转化的过渡机制。师范英语教育应该把反思能力的培养贯穿始终,以培养反思型英语教师。
It is a determitive point to put teaching methods into teaching practice. Reflectable ability is the transitive mechanism to fulfill this process of changing. So the cultivation of reflective teacher should be carried out throughout the pre-service English teacher education in order to cultivate reflective teachers.
