露阴癖、窥淫癖十六例临床分析

本文对露阴癖、窥淫癖及精神分裂症伴有的露阴癖行为共16例做了临床分析。16例均为男性,他们以露阴或窥淫行为作为取得性满足的唯一的或主要方式,受害人无人身接触。多数病人在青春期前后受过坏人教唆、黄色书刊影响或有过不良性经验。病前性格多属内向型。作者强调在诊断时,必须根据临床特点,慎都区分此类性变态与流氓行为;真性露阴癖或窥淫癖与伴发于各种精神疾病和躯体疾病的露阴或窥淫行为。并对责任能力作了讨论。

A clinical,analysis.is reported on thebasis of 15 exhibitionism or voyeurism andone case of schizophrenia associated withvoyeurism like behavior.They were all male,getting sexual gratification mainly fromexposuring the genitals or observingsexual objects or acts,without any bodycontact with victim.Most of them were ofautistic trait,with experience of evildoerinstigation,pornographic reading or ill deedsof sex.The authors claim that much atten-tion in clinical practice and testimony shouldfocus on the distinction between sex perver-sion and indecent behavior,and betweenexhibitionism or voyeurism and exhibitionismlike behavior associated with mental disordersor physical illness.Some suggestions relatedto legal responsibility are also discussed.
