USING FUZZY MATHEMATICS TO EVALUATE COMPREHENSIVELY THE REWARD GRADE OF ACHIEVEMENTS IN SCIENTIFIC AND TECHNIC RESEARCH

采用模糊数学方法,对影响科技成果的各种因素进行综合考虑,用计算机处理数据,将定性的问题转化为定量问题,能较全面合理地评定科技成果授奖等级,提高了评定质量和效率。

In this paper we use fuzzy mathematics to consider comprehensively the various factors influencing on achievements in scientific and technic research.The data are treated by computer and then the problems are turned into quantitative from quali- tative.This method can all-sidedly and rationally evaluate the reward grade of achieve- ments in scientific and technic research,improve the accuracy of evaluation and raise the working efficiency.
