摘要
英国伦敦大学伯克贝克学院马凯教授一九八五年七月访问了中国。作为J·D·贝尔纳的学生和同事,马凯博士以贝尔纳的风格,向中国同行作了一系列有关结晶学和科学学的讲演和报告,并对中国四化建设,尤其对科学技术理论现代化过程中科学学研究和科学政策等问题,发表了许多颇富睿智的灼见。
Professor A.L.Mackay from the London University visited China in July 1985.As aformer student and colleague of J.D.Bernal,Dr.Mackay gave a series of lectures andreports on crystallography and science of science in the style of J.D.Bernal to Chinesecolleagues,and he also stated a lot of profound viewpoints on the construction of Chinesefour modernization,especially on the issues related of the studies in science of scienceand the s&t policy involved in the process of modernization of science and technology.
