摘要
本文对我国科学价值观的发展变化进行了系统分析,提出当前的科技政策是以科学的社会功利功能为基础的,并认为这种新观念的建立,对我国今后科技的发展具有重大意义。
This paper systematically analyses the development of the concept of value of scienceand points out that our current S&T policy is based on the utility and function ofS&T to society.The author believed that the formation of the new concept is of greatimportance to the development of Chinese science and technology in the future.
