摘要
本文在分析研究所基本特点的基础上,论证了分配制度应体现人材价值、知识价值、保护竞争、促进合作以及按劳分配的原则,并系统地分析了我国科技人员的特点,提出了研究所分配制度的改革方案。
Based on the analysis of the basic characteristicsof research institute,the papersuggests that the distribution system in research institute should reflect the value oftalents,the value of knowledge,the principles of protecting competition and promotingcooperation,and the principle of“distribution according to work”.The characteristicsof Chinese scientists are also analysed and a proposal for reforming distribution systemis put forward in this paper.
