摘要
简要介绍了BOT的含义、特点以及在我国的应用情况 ,分析了当前我国BOT运作中存在的主要问题 。
The concept, history and features of BOT are briefly introduced as well as its application situations in China. In addition, based on analysis of the principle problems existed in operation process some suggestions are proposed for the development of BOT financing in China.
