摘要
为加强监理对工程质量监督的力度 ,从提高监理的综合素质 ,严格审查施工单位的进度计划 ,审核工程量、控制资金的拨付等方面进行了论述 。
In order to strengthen the engineering quality monitoring of supervision in this paper from improving the overall quality of supervisors, audit the schedule plan of construction enterprises, engineering quantity audit and other aspects discussion is made; at the same time practical measures are proposed for supervision.
