摘要
针对目前建筑施工中影响工程质量的进场原材、半成品、构配件、设备中存在以次充好偷梁换柱的现象 ,提出监理工程师必须严格见证、报验制度 ,阻断假冒伪劣产品混入建筑中 。
According to the shoddy phenomena of building materials existed in present building construction author pointed out that supervision engineer must normalize request system for inspect and witness sampling to eliminate the counterfeit products.
