An Idea Outline about the Evaluation Criteria and Calculation Formulae of Social Economic Bengfits of Health Service

一、卫生社会经济效益的含义社会主义卫生社会经济效益,是指作为社会主义联合劳动的一个组成部分的卫生部门,合理利用社会投入的物质和技术条件,实现其保护价值的源泉——劳动力的职能,从而促进生产力的发展,促进社会物质产品更加丰富。所产出的经济效果和利益的表现是生产出大于卫生投入。

By the social econmic benefits of health service we refor to the labour force protection with the resultant development of productive forces and enrichment of social materal wealth which the healthcare institutions realize by using state-allocated material and technical resources.The author presents certain evaluation criteria and calculation formulae of the social ecinomic benefits of health service,and applied the criteria and formulae to the analysis of investigation results(1985)of health service in Changchun.
