论临床药学的卫生经济研究

目前的临床药学研究,仅注重于疗效的可靠性,忽视了经济的合理性,以致造成患者经济负担过重和病体耐药性的产生。随着卫生经济体制的改革,在临床药学研究中开展经济研究是非常必要的。临床药学的卫生经济研究,离不开医师的处方。作为处方决策人的临床医师、药师,应首先把社会效益和医疗效果放在首位,摆正宏观经济效益与微观经济效益的关系。这就要首先树立良好的医德医风,其次制订合理的用药规范;最后还要提高医师、药师药理学及卫生经济学的知识水平.此外,医、护、药人员还要紧密配合,互相监督,以使临床用药更趋科学和合理。

In the present study of (?)linical materia medica, the reliability of curative effects is stressed to the neglect of economic reasonableness, with the result that a heavy economic burden is laid on the patients and the oathogenic bacteria's resistance to drugs is increaed.With the reforms of economic system, it has become very important to study clinical materia medica from the point of view of health economics.As deciders of prescriptions, the clinicians and pharmacists should put social benefits and curative effects in the first place, establish correct relations between macro and micro economic benefits.
