摘要
介绍了高层住宅工程渗漏的原因 ,从屋面渗漏、外墙渗漏、厨房与卫生间渗漏等方面进行了论述 ,提出了防止高层住宅渗漏的措施 。
The causes of leakages of high rise building are introduced and discussed from the leakage of roof, external wall, toilet, kitchen and other aspects. In addition, corresponding preventive measures are proposed as well as importance of supervision in leakage control.
